The front axle designed with new technology through finite element method and relevant engineering software is classified into two types of 7-ton and 9-ton

Chassis frame

A7 chassis frame is made of the latest high-strength material,with a tensile strength of 820Mpa.The U-profile frame with a section of 300*90*8 provides a greater bending and torsion strength,improving the stability of chassis,and reducing the deadweight of the complete vehicle by approximately 100kg while enhancing the load-carrying capacity compared to the original chassis frame.
